DirectWA

By downloading or using DirectWA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all versions of the app available on the Google Play Store under Aniket Labs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

DirectWA is a productivity utility that allows you to open a WhatsApp chat with any phone number without saving it to your contacts. The app uses WhatsApp's publicly available deep link scheme (wa.me) to launch conversations. DirectWA is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

You may use DirectWA for personal and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use the app to send spam, unsolicited messages, harassment, or any content that violates WhatsApp's own Terms of Service or any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send via WhatsApp through DirectWA. Aniket Labs is not responsible for the content of any communications you initiate using this app. You agree to use the app in a lawful and respectful manner and acknowledge that misuse may violate applicable laws.

DirectWA and all its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Aniket Labs and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written consent from Aniket Labs.

DirectWA is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aniket Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. We are not responsible for any failure to open WhatsApp caused by WhatsApp's own availability or changes to the wa.me deep link scheme.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniket Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DirectWA, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any damages resulting from messages sent via WhatsApp through the app.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify DirectWA at any time without notice. We may also remove the app from the Play Store at our discretion. Your right to use the app terminates immediately upon uninstallation or if you breach these Terms.

Aniket Labs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of DirectWA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of DirectWA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
