DirectWA

DirectWA does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data — including your message history, saved templates, and app preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not require account creation or sign-in of any kind.

DirectWA requests access to your device contacts solely to allow you to pick a phone number from your contacts list within the app. Contact data is read in real-time and is never stored, uploaded, or transmitted. We do not access contact names, emails, or any other contact fields beyond the phone number you explicitly select.

All data stored by DirectWA — including recent message history and custom templates — is used solely to provide app functionality. This data never leaves your device. We do not use any data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the app features you use.

DirectWA launches WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business via a deep link (wa.me) when you send a message. This opens WhatsApp on your device directly — we do not transmit any data to WhatsApp or any third party. We do not integrate any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting services.

All app data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage (GetStorage). No data is backed up to any cloud service by DirectWA. You can clear all stored data at any time from within the app (Settings → Clear History).

You can delete your message history at any time from the History screen. Custom templates can be deleted individually from the Templates screen. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.

DirectWA is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app requires WhatsApp to be installed, which itself requires users to be at least 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of DirectWA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
